Shipping:

• Within the UK: £4.95 per order (excluding tables + chairs)

• International: £30 per order (excluding tables + chairs)
  

  Products have a lead time, so please ensure you consider these times before you make your order.
  Orders can be picked up for free! from The Exchange (The Old Library, Walnut Tree Road, Erith DA8 1RA)

Please note that some consignments may incur customs charges. This is to be paid for by the customer.

Returns:
Returns are accepted for a swap or a credit, and in some cases a refund. Returned items must be unused, and shipped back in the same condition (ie loads of care!) so that the work does not break in transit, and must be paid for by the customer. Broken or used returns sadly will not be eligible for a credit. Please contact us for more info. 
If the work has been commissioned by you and includes a custom inscription, stamp or other personalisation, you won't be eligible for a refund, swap or credit.

All returns are at the sole discretion of tex. / The Exchange and we reserve the right to refuse any return.

This stuff is handmade:
Please remember that everything is handmade, so variation in colour, size and shape can sometimes occur. Sometimes photographs will not be of the specific item that you may purchase, but of one in the same clay, colour and design. Please be mindful of this. We will of course endeavour to make sure that we get each design as close as possible to the original photograph.
